A real-time evaluation platform for CETYS Universidad's engineering expo. It ran 750 evaluations across 39 projects and 40 judges over the 2-day event — students registered their projects, judges scored from their phones, and admins watched results update live, with zero downtime. Built from scratch in three weeks.

A real-time ordering system for restaurants and cafés. Guests scan the QR at their table to order, call a waiter, and check their bill, while every order lands instantly on a live kitchen board that moves from queued to preparing to ready to delivered. The same menu powers a point-of-sale for the bar and waiters, a pickup flow for online orders, business stats, multiple locations, and role-based staff logins. Bilingual, with light and dark themes.
